Sugata Gupta

Sugata is the co-founder and a member of the board of directors with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He has held various leadership and management roles in Citi in Asia and Europe. As a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing and getting things done, Sugata set up and and managed Global Centers Excellence and successfully led global transformation efforts. Sugata’s specialization includes: (1)Business Strategy and strategic operating model (2)Developing global service centers (3) Business transformation using Fintech / digital led innovation and proven methodologies . He is currently the Global Head of Sales, Solutioning and Capability Build for Banking and Financial Services clients in HCL Ltd.

Sugata completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He was a Board Member of Citi Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd and Citi Hedge Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd from 2007 to 2015.

Dane Schmidt

Dane Schmidt is a Director with more than 35 years of experience in the finance industry across Investment Management, Funds Servicing and Private Wealth sectors. Dane has worked with companies such as Citi, Credit Suisse, Daiwa Securities Banking and Trust, Bank of Ireland, Old Mutual Asset Management and Northern Trust both as an employee and through Envisage Consulting Limited. 

Highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional while being an agile thinker with extensive global experience across the analysis, resolution and enhancement of processes and operations, client relationship management, operational management, business transformation, product development, vendor and service provider oversight across Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency and Financial Reporting covering mutual and alternative fund structures in both the UK and Ireland.

Dane is currently the Director at Envisage Consulting Limited. 

Tom Horan

Tom is a Director with over 30 years experience in financial services in Dublin, Edinburgh and Luxembourg. He is a Fund Administration Senior Executive focused on operations management, business migration initiatives and delivering organisational transformation. He is an expert in directing the development of complex cross-site operations and complex business transitions, client and third-party relationship building and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements across a number of jurisdictions, servicing UCITS and non-UCITS, UK OEICS/Unit Trusts, SICAVs and Pension Account structures. 

Tom managed the Valuations and Financial Reporting operations of up to 300 people for JPMorgan, Bank of Ireland, State Street and Citibank. His key strengths are strong strategic and organizational planning skills, business and financial acumen and on-time delivery to highest standards. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin. Tom is currently the Director at Procedo Limited.

Robert O'Neill

Rob is a Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the Financial services industry. He has extensive experience across the Portfolio , Fund Accounting and Middle office including the implementation of the IBOR model for top UK asset managers.

Rob has end to end process experience in Asset Servicing having worked in Operations management, Remediation and Model development roles across portfolio pricing, trade interface development, developing reconciliation tools, valuation production models, data delivery and operations support. His areas of specialization includes Fund Administration Operations, Data Management, Reporting, Change Management, Client on-boarding, Process reviews, Remediation and trouble shooting.

Dave Chatterjee , Ph.D

Dr.Chatterjee’s practise - focussed academic career spans over two decades. Since 2001, Dr Chatterjee has been at the forefront of information technology management, with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity and enterprise digitization from 2010. His seminal contributions to the field have been recognised by prestigious publications inlcuding USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review , MIS Quarterly and the Business Horizons among others.

Dr Chatterjee is considered a pioneering figure in cybersecurity, known for developing the Committment-Preparedness- Discipline (CPD) framework , a comprehensive methodology that revolutionizes cybersecurity readiness.
